This is the wrong sign. It should be a right lane right turn only, or Alternatively left lane left turn only (with the other lane being able to go straight). The Lane End sign, with dotted lines leading up to the intersection has too many people driving straight through in both lanes, or right lane drivers going straight if a car is turning left which would conflict with an oncoming car also turning left across the ending lane.
