Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks
Specific details of the issue: Remove jersey barriers on 38 ave and Sifton bvld. Install roundabout or intersection. Install speed bumps between Crestview Rd and 8 ave both EB and WB. Remove three NO LEFT TURN signs : elbow Dr/38 ave, Elbow dr/36 ave, 14 st/36 ave. All afore mentioned things are unfair, discriminatory and unacceptable to residents on Sifton Bvld.
