Sidewalk Repair Gone Bad

Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk

Type of Sidewalk: Concrete

Specific Details: Workers came by to repair the sidewalk on our block. Most of it was done very well. However, in front of my place, it was not done well and is very raised compared to adjoining sidewalk. The downspout will also not drain properly.
