I've put 311 requests in about the intersection of Elkton dr sw with spring bluff blvd. This is not a through street but cars often blow through. There was a makeshift fence that was run into. The city replaced the broken fence with some large boulders. The boulders get covered in snow and people plow through. You can tell by the tracks today someone hit one of the boulders and part of the remaining fence. Can the city please come and install a bigger permanent fence here?
