The left turn signal at this intersection does not turn solid green, only allows for advanced green operations.

Describe Issue: The left turn signal at this intersection does not turn green enough(in my opinion). It is programmed to only turn left with and advanced green. Whereas often I am sitting at the intersection at the turning light which is red, while there is no oncoming traffic, and the light to go straight is green. (As pictured) if the turning light would turn solid green in this case I could turn left as traffic allowed, instead every morning i sit at the red light, waiting for an advanced green turning light
