Lately traffic has been backing up on SB harvest hills Blvd all the way onto EB Stoney Trail from about 3:30 - 6pm. Turning bay from SB Harvest Hills Blvd to Coventry hills dr is overflowing and delaying the traffic. Also the left turn signal is often too short resulting in further issues. The traffic light before this by North Trail school is also adding to the delays and causing back ups into Stoney Trail during pm rush.
