Need to update the traffic lights length longer

Describe Issue: More residents lives along on Harvest Hills Way ever since development has done, but the traffic lights length has not improved yet for traveling to Coventry Blvd. That's a major road to go to Northern Lights School in the morning even their school buses. Right now the signal lengths are only for 3 cars to across Country Hills Blvd safely when it's on green lights is not enough. Also the northbound lights get skipped quite often it ends up forcing waiting cars to detour around.
