No left turn and cross walk signs on east bound (west bound could also be better) 36 AVE 18St SW are poorly placed and not visible due to vehicles parked on street. Signs should be moved forward or placed higher up for visibility. Vehicles are constantly turning in wrong direction onto one way streets and making U-turns. This is creating unsafe conditions with snow on sides and not much space for vehicles to make U-turns while having 2 way east-west bound traffic on 36th Ave
