Specific details of the issue: Remove jersey barriers on 38 ave and Sifton bvld. Install roundabout or intersection. Install speed bumps between Crestview Rd and 8 ave both EB and WB. Remove three NO LEFT TURN signs : elbow Dr/38 ave, Elbow dr/36 ave, 14 st/36 ave. All afore mentioned things are unfair, discriminatory and unacceptable to residents on Sifton Bvld.

Specific location details: Remove concrete barriers. Stop redirecting all traffic to Sifton Blvd. It's unfair, discriminatory, racism, bigotry, corruption, fraud, criminal, senseless, not safe, bad for environment, waste of public funds and unacceptable. Remove the jersey barriers now.
