There needs to be a catch basin added to the NW corner of the intersection of Radford Rd. & Russet Rd. Refer to the 2 photos provided. East bound along Radford Rd. the water moves to this corner & flows north along Russet Rd. The next drain is 200 feet north from the intersection. The problem is ice builds up along the corner & to make it worst there is and back lane where ice builds up. Along Radford Rd. West of the intersection to the next corner it's 650 feet. Water is always high to sidewalk.
