This is a *severe public safety* issue! Manhole cover is very unstable and making loud noises every time a vehicle drives over the manhole cover. Eventually the entire structure will likely collapse as more asphalt surrounding the manhole breaks away (photo attached).

The majority of vehicles are hitting the cover head on resulting in incremental damage, along with a loud clanking noise every 5-10 seconds 24/7 and keeping residents within earshot awake at night.
