When coming northbound on 45 Street SE and attempting to turn left (westbound) at the lights to get onto Seton Blvd the advance green is very short and turns to red quickly. It is always backed up as the high school, seton YMCA is down the street there. MANY people just run the light as they don't assume it would change that quickly.
