Public city owned garbage bin is over flowing with dog feces, garbage spilling on the boulevard and sidewalk. This is not the first time that the bin has been overloaded and overflowing.

Specific Details of issue: This bin has not been emptied I. The past 2-3 weeks and constantly is overflowing with dog feces and what looks like household items. It is unhygienic and garbage gets blown around the neighborhood where children and pets are walking around.

Specific Location Details: The garbage bin is on the north side of 14 Ave SW, the the SE corner of the park adjacent to The Underwood apartments at 202 14 Ave SW.
