Sidewalk located on 6st on west side on the corner of Somerset gate city owned sidewalk covered with ice and is a safety issue . I have talked to 311 and they say this is a park's sidewalk . This is the fourth time this has been summited but parks keeps saying it's not there's . Something needs to be done regardless.
