Intersection construction of islands at 80th Avenue and Elbow Drive SW
Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks
Specific details of the issue: recent construction of traffic islands cannot be seen properly and will not be seen if snow covered. Will result in auto accidents. Previously told that this is intersection improvements, but it is a detriment to proper flow of traffic
