Icy mound of snow impedes fire trucks , ambulances and home owners . Sanders cannot fully get into bay . Roads are atrociously icy and people have fallen. scrapers did NOTHING beneficial by coming by.
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
