The cul de sac at the end of 17th ave se between 10 and 11 st se is incredibly dangerous right now. I have seen numerous people slip and fall, including a bad bike wipe out today and he was being very cautious. Plus cars are stuck non stop. It is a sheet of thick ice on the entire road.
