Raised Sidewalk to be repaired. Something was done, but it is still a trip/fall danger to people. Very poorly repaired! Picture Attached. The city sidewalk location is beside 109 Cranwell Place SE just up from the mailboxes - I live at 61 Cranwell Place SE

Specific Details: I took a very serious trip&fall April 3, 2024. The City Water Works dept was doing work in our area. When I fell the Supervisor (Jason?) came out of the trailer, found me and walked me home. I'm now waiting on surgery for my wrist (finger numbness)
