These pathways (circled in red) are dangerous to walk on. Helped a lady who took quite a tumble there and almost took a header myself in the process. Snow build up and solid ice and seems to never be cleared. I have confirmed with the residents association that they are city responsibility. Thanks for your prompt attention to this.
