Yesterday their was a pedestrian incident at this location. There have been vehicle accidents in the past. I would like this intersection evaluated. The line is clear but every day vehicles are doing U-turns and left turns in and out of the parking lots crossing the solid line. With the bus stop and cross walk this has become more dangerous. Especially now that there is a new residential complex across the street, this is now a high pedestrian area. (more Below)

Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: Whissell (2500 107 Ave) has barricaded there parking lot changing the traffic patterns. There vehicles make illegal left turn crossing the solid line. Posing a danger to bus and pedestrian traffic.Also, NAPA has moved in to 2505 107 ave. adding a large number of delivery and customer vehicles.(more Below)

Specific location details: As in the picture, the solid line needs to be made into a permanent island.A no U-Turn sign added and actual enforcement to protect the pedestrian needs to be added.
