Debris on Backlane at 1421 17 Ave SW Lower Mount Royal
Green recycling dumpster has cardboard on ground and is overflowing. It has been like this for at least 2 monthes. Telus technicians continue to pile boxes inside and around the dumpster in the ally on the south side of this address. It can be seen the boxes are all from Telus technicians My wife and I cleaned up all the boxes and garbage yesterday but the bin needs to be dumped. Not sure if it’s missing collection or payment but has been a recurring issue
