Replace current stop sign with large stop sign similar to the one put up going southbound 19th St at the intersection with 42nd Ave. Add additional reflective tape for nighttime.

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Change the stop sign as no one sees it going southbound at dusk or night. Have come close to being hit by cars blowing through going 50 thinking there isn't a stop sign. Also walking across 38th same issue with cars turning to go east on 38th. This issue existed prior to any construction but with vehicles parked on street is even harder to see.Thanks
