Your city snow removal contractors have destroyed the boulevard here for multiples years, and they continue to wreck the boulevard, tearing up the soil and turf with their skid steers and don't care. It's been YEARS of this. Please come repair the turf and fill it back in. And tell your contractors to start giving a shit.... The damage is everywhere in this area that they use skid steers to remove snow, this is just the worst part I've seen. Tripping hazards, destroying trees and roots.
