V short turn light .... time needs to be lengthened

Describe Issue: The turning light at 16 av & Edmonton tr needs to be lengthened. Longest turning lane yet barely 6 cars can get through the lights turning south onto Edmonton Trail. 3 to 4 light delay in rush hour. It's ridiculous.
