Poorly timed lights at Hospital Dr NW and university blvd. The north bound lanes get an advanced green, but all the traffic (staff) is coming in for 8 am.

Describe Issue: Southbound incoming traffic doesn't get long enough advance green and regular green. The northbound traffic gets both, but there's usually only 2-3 cars between 730 and 8 ( although nurses change shifts at 7, so 7-730 might be more busy northbound)
