Speed bump on Hamptons way NW is broken again.

Specific details of the issue: Speed bump on Hamptons way NW is broken again. I don't understand this speed bump experiment already proven that is not working in the community of Royal Oak (see attached picture). Why do we still install it in Hamptons. It has been broken so many times in just halfway through our winter and this broken speed bump and debris are endanger to all of our neighbors vehicles . Please remove them as soon as you can.
