There are potential low points on the sidewalk as shown on the picture. I have made a lot of efforts to remove the surface Ice and it comes back again and again! I found out with a simple survey method that there is a low point that may cause by settlement under the concrete when they built the sidewalk. I couldn't do more now and I worries the pace train crossing this are so I put a lot of salt but still keep coming back. City shall repair this area by elevate the low point with rebuilding.
