We put in a request to have a snow berm that was created by a city snow cleaning truck dealt with-as we couldn't park in front of our house. The snow was dealt with today by a city truck but they mutilated the rubber mats that allow us to enter our driveway so our vehicle doesn't bottom out. We weren't notified that they were coming and there was no request to remove them.
