Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 114 28 Av NW

The catch basin has failed to do its job - again. This happens every year without fail. Not only does this impede the sidewalk metres away from a MAX bus stop, but it has caused a tenant significant damage to her vehicle. Can someone please contact me to let me know how we can fix this finally once and for all?
