Flooding on 5 Street for the 7th year in a row. Crew was out a few days ago without success. Is there a solution to this issue? I did suggest that the City address this when the new service was put in for the new build at 939, might have saved some $$?….my van was frozen in place a few years ago, had to be pulled out
