Every year, we have this street snow melt back up in this corner of masters square! The manhole drain is mucher higher than the corner and the water here NEVER drains. The city has already replaced the sidewalk in this same corner because of the weight of the snow a few years ago, and the first winter after that happened, this is what it looked like! I have more photos showing the damage, and the extent of the ice melting and backing up. We need a drain in this corner!
