The entire street is covered ice block. This has been a repeated issue since we moved into our home. The street does not drain properly as there is only one city catch basin drain at the end of the street which never gets any of the water drainage due to the low spot in the street and build up of ice in the middle of the street. Now this seems to have been an issue right from design. As the drainage on our street is lacking as well as the slope of the road that directs all melt and water down
