Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 5615 Dalwood Way NW Dalhousie

My mother is a senior, who takes city transit. She has to cross this pool of water to do so. This has been a problem every winter during melt offs. It’s very unsafe, and when it freezes too, she has to negoziate this perilous pool of water in front of her house that gathers and has no where to drain.
