Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 8503 58 Ave NW Silver Springs

Storm Drain in the alleyway behind our house (8503 58 Ave. NW) shown as 84th Street NW on map, does not drain and has not drained properly for 2 years. 4th time we have submitted request to have repaired/replaced. Technician who attended to previous request last summer advised it needs to be replaced. Our garage backs onto the alley and water in alleyway does not drain through storm drain. In summer 2024, water pooled to the point of seeping into garage. Please replace!!!
