Alley not draining. This is second request. Now there is a mess.

Issue: Rut / Gravel Request

Specific details of the issue: In service request 24-00829650 I identified that a contractor (building a garage) behind 3719 Sacree Rd had put a lift of surplus gravel in the alley only days after the city had paid a contractor re regrade the alley. It was about 7 inch of extra gravel. I identified that it needed to be corrected or there would be a giant puddle of water in the alley in the spring. NOTHING was done and now there is a giant puddle in the back alley. I'm not expecting the city has to do it. At least they can force the developer correct the damage they did to the alley drainage.
