Sharp ridges from unfinished road excavation

Specific details of the issue: There is a wheel and tire damaging sharp ridge across 17th Ave SW in a Westerly direction, at the intersection of 17 Ave SW and 85 Street SW. Proper filling of the ditch dug for piping or cabling has not been fully completed. The filled road surface is sunken and requires proper filling.
