Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 1916 25 Ave SW Bankview

I requested for this tree to be trimmed and the guy from the city came and trimmed above the sidewalk but not the branches that are hanging over the path up to the house. These branches are hanging about 5 feet off the ground so I have to duck and the sidewalk is uneven so it’s very dangerous. please come trim them thank you
