Wrongly placed traffic lights nearly causes t-bone accidents on an EVERY DAY basis. See uploaded picture. Vehicles coming up the ramp from 16th ave turning left on the overpass get confused with left turn lights intended for drivers turning left from the Canada Olympic Dr SW turning left onto the 16th ave west ramp. Basically when those left turn lights turn green, it triggers both drivers from the Canada Olympic dr se AND drivers from the 16th ramp to turn left. I'm keeping a copy of my complaint
