I have submitted this numerous times and yet it's still not fixed. I was putting by bins out the other day and rolled my ankle. This is a safety hazard and has been for years and yet nothing is being done.

Specific Details: Both the asphalt and concrete have fallen apart.

Specific Location: Between our houses 224 and 220.
