Recent sidewalk replacement is poor quality.

Specific Details: The intersection of 1st NE and 24ave had a new sidewalk installed in the fall 2024. Seems to be poor quality. One side is cracking/heaving. Others either sloppy or signs of a poor concrete application. Spalling. Was done around a snowfall, bad timing
