Remove yield & replace with 4 way stop sign

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Please consider removing east/west yield signs and replacing with 4 way stop sign. Very dangerous for pedestrians crossing as parked cars obstruct view and cars never yield to oncoming traffic and/or pedestrians. This neighbourhood is still being developed and many trades trucks/new drivers are ignoring the yield signs.
