Every year city road slopes ice /water melting onto pedestrian sidewalks. SAFETY HAZARD. CofC is required to put in proper drainage. There was an ambulance in front of 13 Gissing dr sw and could not park due to ice. This happens in front of 11,13&15 Gissing dr sw EVERY YEAR and is a SAFETY HAZARD every year!!!!!
