Missing signage for left-turn lane on 12 Street SE southbound, might be missing signage for left-turn for northbound traffic as well.

Details of request: As you drive down 12 Street SE (southbound), the road briefly turns into two lane traffic. The left lane appears to only be for left-hand turns. However, there is no signage indicating so.There's nothing on the traffic light standard , and there is nothing painted on the pavement.This gets particularly troublesome when you have a vehicle in front of you and you cannot see that there is no lane for one to drive straight through. I have seen this create a number of close call incidents. Though I don't drive northbound on the street. The same issue might apply to the northbound traffic as well.
