Backlane Maintenance at 519 50 Ave SW Windsor Park

For over 5 years we've had water pooling and holes forming behind our duplex. Grating doesn't seem to help. It's not only an eyesore but extremely messy. we would like to have it fixed; preferably paved as other methods seem to only fix it temporarily.
