The back alleyway behind our property is severely flooded due to erosion, which has created a low point that prevents water from reaching the nearby storm drain. As a result, water pools in the alley and does not drain properly. This flooding poses a safety risk, especially since the alley is used by emergency vehicles that may become stuck. We request that the City address the issue by filling the eroded area with gravel to restore proper drainage and maintain safe access. Photos are attached.
