The timing of the light coming out of crowfoot and turning left onto nose hill drive seems to briefly overlap (left turning arrow and green light for opposite direction going forward into crowfoot)

Describe Issue: Many drivers seem to drive on the Amber light which turns left into nose Hill drive going north. Pedestrians almost get hit as cars try to beat the light. Cars get into close calls for collisions. Please fix the timing of this light ASAP. Forced to choose evening. But could happen before/after then too
