Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 5119 14 St SW

Hello, the catch basin in filled to the brim with sediment. I am the PC with Parks working on the Sandy Beach project. The catch basin is at the top of the project boundary and falls within a meter of so of the new road that is going to be built. Can maintenance be done on the catch basin? The road work has already started.
