Submit City of Calgary general inquiries and requests for services/information that are not listed elsewhere on this application.
Service Level Agreement
311 staff will review your request within 3 days.
Once the Service Request is reviewed, 311 staff may email your information to satisfy your request or link it to the appropriate Service Request for the department to action. If you provided your email when you submitted this request you will be alerted through email when the appropriate service request is created by 311. You will be able to track the status of the new Service Request though this email. At this time, the Report Concern Not Listed request will be "Closed".
