Sign on Street, Lane, Sidewalk - Repair or Replace

Use this SR for traffic sign maintenance issues on City of Calgary roadways. Such issues include bent, faded, knocked down, leaning, missing, twisted, wrong type of sign, permanent sign pick-up, empty base plate and to reinstall a sign after construction. For signs along a pathway please return to Menu and choose: "Pathway Concerns" service request type. If sign is a Transit Sign or involving a Transit facility: Please complete the request at https://calgarycwipres.motorolasolutions.com/cwi/direct/CTBUSSTO Please call 311 if sign is in a Park.

Service Level Agreement

Roads will respond within 2 hours for priority signs (Stop, Yield, Begin Playground/School) and 21 days for all others. You may be contacted if further information is required.
