Streetlight Damage

Use this Service Request to report damage to a Streetlight. This will include damage to the Streetlight pole and base, the wires, the light fixture itself as well as the cabinet utility box. Damage Issues include: -Wires - hanging too low, exposed or damaged - Pole - down, dented, excessive swaying, leaning, rust, eroded and access panel open or missing - Light Fixture - hanging, open or broken - Cabinet Utility Box - open or damaged

Service Level Agreement

This will be reviewed within 48 hours and repairs should be completed within 30 days. You will be contacted if more information is needed.
